Labor Advisory 3, Series of 2021 was issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) providing guidelines on the administration of COVID-19 vaccines in the workplace. Essentially, the issuance mandates employers to adopt COVID-19 vaccination policy as part of their Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
