Flexible Work Arrangement per Labor Advisory 9, Series of 2020 due to Corona Virus (COVID-19)
Flexible work arrangement is being suggested to employers on account of the corona virus (COVID-19) that has caused heavy impact on businesses. The business of companies and individual employers suffer due to lack of business, order, export, import, etc.
Suggesting an alternative to termination of services or closure of establishment, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has issued Labor Advisory 09, Series of 2020 on March 4, 2020, regarding the flexible work arrangements among employees.
