Shipping Policy

A. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you will be notified and may not process the transaction completely. Likewise, refund of the total amount shall be made if payment has been completed prior to notification of the out-of-stock order.

B. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Philippines. Shipment outside of the Philippines may be available upon arrangement with the company representative as to rates and other concerns.

Email exchanges will be used as basis for approved purchase and agreed delivery arrangement.

C. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed and fully paid. “Fully paid” or “Full Payment” shall mean the deposit slip (for BPI Bank payor) has been emailed successfully to LVS, Paypal has confirmed payment (for Paypal payor) and control number provided to assigned contact numbers of LVS per guidelines (for Cebuana Lhuiller and Palawan Express payor). In the case of GCash, it means a confirmed payment by GCash as shown by the screenshot of the payment made showing the GCash account number of LVS and the said screenshot has been sent to LVS’ email.

Delivery for ebook purchase will be done online.Tracking number will be provided to the customer. Delivery times to be provided will depend upon the courier’s speed and are mere estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, LVS will make every effort to fulfill the order within two (2) business days, maximum, from the date of full payment. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

LVS does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

D. Delivery Instructions

Delivery shall only commence upon full payment by the customer. Payment methods can be viewed in the LVS Books website.

E. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs shall be based on the weight of order. Free shipping shall apply only according to the promo shown in the website which may run for a limited period. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items unless clearly computed by the system in the website. The customer will be advised of any charges which means the order transaction could not be completed. Any termination of the promo on the shipping may change without prior notice.
